(1) Notwithstanding anything written elsewhere in this regulation, a police employee who has been dismissed from service in accordance with sub-rule (2) of rule 63 shall not be entitled to any other benefits under this regulation except the amount of the employee provident fund as per rule 91 and insurance as per rule 92.
(2) Notwithstanding anything contained elsewhere in these Rules, Rule 53A. If it is found from the information given in accordance with sub-rule (4) or (5) that the spouse of a police officer has obtained a permanent residence permit, the spouse of such police officer who has obtained a permanent residence permit shall pay the amount of employee provident fund as per rule 91 and the insurance as per rule 92 of this regulation. You will not get any other facility.
